Conference on Beaujolais' architecture

Let's meet on friday, the 24th of November at 6.30 p.m. to talk about Beaujolais' architecture and the links between geology, construction methods and ways of living.
The conference will be preceded by the signing of the Ambassadors Charter of the Geopark Beaujolais with the association "Déambule".

Ann Matagrin, from the association Déambule, will present pictures about the choices and the evolutions of human installation, due to geography, economy and geology of the territory.

Pierre Forissier, from Maisons Paysannes du Rhône, will develop architectural caracteristics of houses on the territory and methods of traditionnal building.

After the conference, there will be a talk with the audience and guests:
- Maurice Saulnier, from the "Académie de Villefranche-sur-Saône", who will present the "Houses Road"
- Bruno Rousselle, from the Geopark Beaujolais, curator of the Espace Pierres Folles museum.
