The result of collaboration between the Comité Départemental de Randonnée Pédestre, Destination Beaujolais and the Syndicat Mixte du Beaujolais, a new topoguide is now available to help you plan your walks and hikes in Beaujolais!
On the programme: an update of the route of the ‘Tour du Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées’, covering 110 kilometres for a four- to six-day itinerary on the trails. This guidebook takes you to the heart of the vineyards and villages of character. In addition, there are twelve half-day loops around emblematic sites, to discover the geological and heritage wealth of the area, which was awarded the ‘UNESCO Global Geopark’ label in 2018.
The guide is available from Amplepuis (Maison de la Presse), Beaujeu (Librairie Les Lettres Minuscules), Belleville en Beaujolais (Fnac), Le Bois d'Oingt (Librairie Cassiopée), Tarare (Librairie-Papeterie Elizeo), Villefranche sur Saône (Cultura, Librairie des Marais, Librairie Develay, Office de tourisme du Beaujolais)
